Take this pump outside for an awesome, no-more-mess, water battle. It can hold up to 48 fl. oz of water (6 cups), more than enough for a few dozen of water balloons

Offering the Twist n’ Tie feature, will allow you to have the balloon filled with water and tied in seconds.

Here is how it works

• Remove all the balloons from the pump body and fill the tank with water
• Take a balloon and place it over the nozzle
• Pull the pump up and down until the balloon is filled with water
• Without removing the balloon from nozzle, stretch it under the tying stick, then loop back over
• Remove balloon mouth from nozzle and slide it through the slot on the tying stick
• Quickly pull the balloon off the stick and you’re all set!
